Clarification Text within the Scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data

As Alura Boutique Hotel, we respect and care about the privacy of private life. Therefore, we would like to inform you about your rights regarding the use and protection of your personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as “KVKK”).

a) Data Controller
As Alura Boutique Hotel (hereinafter referred to as “Alura”), we inform you that we process your personal data in the capacity of data controller within the scope of KVKK No. 6698 and other relevant legislation.

b) Processed Personal Data
The categories of personal data to be processed within the scope of this Clarification Text in accordance with the KVKK and the relevant legislation are as follows:

Identity Information: Name-surname, place and date of birth, nationality, Turkish ID number, name-surname, place and date of birth of accompanying guests
Contact Information: Address, phone number, e-mail address
Financial Information: Bank account details
Other Room number, vehicle license plate number

Registration in online systems used for the execution of Alura’s sales and marketing policies,
Carrying out the necessary work to ensure that you benefit from the services offered by Alura,
